In order to continue and deepen the theme education of "staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission in mind", the company's party committee strictly followed the instructions of the higher-level party committee and implemented the "Notice on Carrying out the Theme Education Work of 'Staying True to Our Original Aspiration and Keeping Our Mission in Mind'" (Jingdangzi [2019] No. 3) in a solid manner. In mid October, we organized various branches to carry out the "Three Heavy and Three Bright" theme party day activity.
The company's party committee first guides each branch to hold branch leadership meetings, summarize the work situation since the launch of theme education, point out existing problems, plan the next steps of work, arrange and deploy recent work, and clarify the tasks and directions for effectively doing a good job in theme education work.
In conjunction with the theme party day, each branch of the company has solidly carried out the "Three Heavy and Three Bright" activities. One is to review the oath of joining the Communist Party. Each branch organizes all party members to review the oath of joining the party in front of the party flag, deepening their ideological understanding of the theme education of "never forget the original intention and keep in mind the mission". The second is to reminisce about the experience of joining the Communist Party. Each branch invited representatives of serving Party members with more than 20 years of Party age and newly recruited representatives of Party members in the past three years to share with all Party members about their own motivation and process of joining the Party, as well as their mental journey to forge ahead and forge ahead after joining the CPC, which further condensed the ideals, beliefs and purpose consciousness of Party members, and laid a good ideological foundation for reviewing their original intentions and fulfilling their mission. The third is to revisit the original intention of joining the Party. Organize all party members to conduct centralized learning and discussion at the branch level, focusing on "what is the original intention" and "what is the mission", and combining their own growth process and work reality to carry out exchanges and discussions. Through learning and discussion, each party member revisited their original aspiration of joining the party, firmly committed to their mission and responsibility, deeply reflected, and carefully identified their shortcomings and gaps in the process of practicing their original aspiration and mission. The fourth is to highlight the identity of a Party member. The company office is working on making desk and work cards for party members, publicly disclosing their names and positions, so that every party member can always remember their party membership and strictly demand themselves with the standards of a qualified party member. The fifth is the standard of bright work. The Party Committee Office shall compile and organize a list of issues for the branch leadership team, branch cadres, immediate rectification issues, and linkage rectification issues, clarify the rectification content, objectives, specific measures, and time limits, and plan to produce a party member work standard bulletin board for public disclosure. The sixth is to take on responsibilities. Establish a key work ledger system, regularly summarize and organize, supervise all party members to take on responsibilities, and promote entrepreneurship.
